As a Researcher you’ll be

• Do in-depth learning about roles and businesses in varied industries.
• Find the right talent to join our client’s company, by approaching, qualifying, interviewing and assessing the potential ones.
• Build a solid relationship with the candidates, help them in achieving their career goals.
• Work closely with Senior Consultant in handling the end-to-end recruitment process.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in any field from any reputable university, with GPA at least 3.00 of 4.00
• 1-4 years of experience
• Fluent in English
• Have a distinguished business acumen
• Result-oriented & initiative person with an excellent communication skill.
