As our Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible to :

  • Design and implement strategies to increase efficiency of the hiring process.
  • Acquire and or maintain existing account that has been assigned to you.
  • Actively engage with clients in order to offer more of our services.
  • Handle the end-to-end process of recruitment services.
  • Deepen knowledge of various industries and roles.
  • Build a cooperative and profitable relationship with both candidates and clients.
  • Solve complicated issues that often occur in hiring process and account management.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field from any reputable university (min. GPA : 3.00 out of 4.00)
  • Having 2 years of proven experience in recruitment services.
  • Speak & write in Bahasa and English fluently.
  • Target and result oriented who is confident and able to negotiate.
  • Strong business acumen skills.
