As our Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible to :
- Design and implement strategies to increase efficiency of the hiring process.
- Acquire and or maintain existing account that has been assigned to you.
- Actively engage with clients in order to offer more of our services.
- Handle the end-to-end process of recruitment services.
- Deepen knowledge of various industries and roles.
- Build a cooperative and profitable relationship with both candidates and clients.
- Solve complicated issues that often occur in hiring process and account management.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in any field from any reputable university (min. GPA : 3.00 out of 4.00)

Having 2 years of proven experience in recruitment services.

Speak & write in Bahasa and English fluently.

Target and result oriented who is confident and able to negotiate.

Strong business acumen skills.
